The challenge
Recruitment tooling usually treats sourcing, applications, and post-hire HR as three separate systems — Sourcing & Placement runs from job listing through to payroll and performance reviews in one platform.
The approach
The platform is built around three role-scoped panels — Admin, Employer, and Client — covering job listings, applications, company and hiring-client accounts, and a lightweight HR module for employees, payslips, leave, and performance reviews. Job search runs on Laravel Scout with a Meilisearch driver, indexing published listings by title, skills, location, and category. A provider-agnostic AI layer integrates directly with the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs — selectable per deployment from the Admin panel — to generate job descriptions from minimal input, produce candidate fit summaries and interview guides, and draft a multi-perspective hiring recommendation for each application.
